Plogoff ou la résistance d’un village breton à EDF et l’Etat français.
Après le choc pétrolier de 1973, la France passe au tout nucléaire. Plogoff, commune de Bretagne, est retenue pour l’établissement d’une centrale.

De l’incompréhension des  habitants naît la contestation puis une résistance active. Suite à son élection en 1981, François Mitterrand stoppe le projet comme promis durant sa campagne.

Comme  Fukushima, la centrale de Plogoff devait se situer sur une faille sismique. L’histoire de cette résistance est aujourd’hui portée au 9e art, aux éditions Delcourt  (collection Encrages), par Alexis Horellou, aux dessins, et Delphine le Lay, au scénario....

After the oil crisis of 1973, France goes totally nuclear. Plogoff, common in Brittany, is used for the establishment of a panel.

Lack of understanding from residents  creates protest and active resistance. Following his election in 1981, François Mitterrand stop the project as promised during his campaign. such as  Fukushima power  plant Plogoff should be on a seismic fault.

The history of this resistance is now being paid to the 9th art, published by Delcourt  (Encrages collection) by Alexis  Horellou, drawings, and Delphine Lay, the scenario ....
