Corsica, Bonfacio. Without a building licence...

Sans permis. Deux constructions en cours sur site inconstructible à Bonifacio.

Sur le littoral de A Rundinara, au lieu dit « Carlu Antò », en zonage inconstructible, deux villas sont en cours de construction.

Éloignées de plusieurs kilomètres de toute urbanisation, l’énorme chantier prospère grâce à la présence d’un transformateur EDF installé Affichage mensonger.

Proches de la tour de Sponsaglia, ces constructions  qui défigurent un paysage protégé déclarent bénéficier d’un permis de construire accordé le 5novembre 2007 sous le numéro 02 041 96 00022. L’affichage précise qu’il est  attribué à la SCI Tour de Sponsaglia pour deux unités d’habitation au nom de M. Pierre Ferracci, maître d’ouvrage.

Cependant, là où les choses achoppent, c’est qu’un permis 02 041 96 00022 a bien été demandé… il y a seize ans ! (juillet 1996). Et qu‘il a été refusé  par le maire de  Bunifaziu. Motif : « le terrain, support du projet, est situé en zone ND du POS.

Zone naturelle à protéger en raison de la qualité des sites, des milieux naturels, des  paysages et de leur intérêt… il n’y a pas été prévu de transfert de possibilité de construction en application du code de l’urbanisme. »..

On the coast of Rundinara , in a place called"Carlu Anto" zoned without development approval two villas are working in hand.

Several kilometers away from any urbanization,  huge yard thrives on the presence of an EDF installed. Display false.

Near the tower Sponsaglia these constructions that disfigure a protected state receive a building  permit granted on 5 November 2007 under number 02 041 96 0002 2.

The display indicates that it is assigned to SCI Tower Sponsaglia for two residential units under the name  of Mr. Pierre Ferracci, work owner.
However, where things break down, is that allowed 02 041 96 0002 2 has actually been demanded ... sixteen years ago! (July 1996). And was rejected by the Mayor of Bunifaziu.
Reason: "field, support the project area is located in the POS ND. Natural area protected because of the quality of sites, medianatural landscapes and their interest ...there has not been planned about transfer possibility of building under the Town Planning Code. "...
